Shipping Policy Downeast Cornhole

Thank you for shopping with Downeast Cornhole! We build each set of cornhole boards to order in our workshop in Litchfield, Maine.

Processing Time

• Standard orders are processed and built within 5–10 business days (depending on customization and current order volume).
• We will notify you via email once your order ships.

Shipping Methods and Costs

• We ship via major carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) within the continental United States.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
• Local pickup is available by appointment at our workshop in Litchfield, Maine (discounted pricing applies — contact us to arrange).

Shipping Times

• Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
• These are estimates only. Downeast Cornhole is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs (for international orders).

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Please contact us at toby@downeastcornhole.com  for a quote and availability. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

• Please inspect your package upon delivery.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging.
• For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
